Do I get a refund or stop making payments on inflated prices.

Since USA Discounters/Living is closed for inflation of prices and interest rates, do I have to continue to pay off my balance with the inflated prices/interest and why if they are being sued? Shouldn’t I received something back from them and who do I contact regarding my questions?
